Sometimes I wanna type something in canto, but you know that’s actually easier said than done. For some of the canto words we say everyday, if you ask me to write them down I would have a hard time doing so.

Today I was doing some searches for such a canto database or conversion tool, I found this website: http://www.cantonese.sheik.co.uk/scripts/wordsearch.php. The results are quite impressive. For example, try searching for the word “hello”, you get 喂 and 哈囉 back. Amazing! 😉

And yea, there is always google translate http://translate.google.com/, but the words are more formal from there.
